Central Texas Company Seeks Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for residential, transport delivery, transfer station and collection operations at the assigned facility. This position hires and trains drivers and other staff, ensures compliance with city and transfer contracts and coordinates with the Safety, Maintenance, Logistics, and Systems managers to ensure delivery of the highest quality of customer service.

Requirements

At least 5 years of management experience
Class B Municipal Solid Waste License (or ability to obtain one)
Valid Class C driver’s license with a safe driving record for the last 3 years
Strong logistical aptitude
Advanced operational skills
Working knowledge of the systems involved in solid waste management and disposal
